What we store
Your name, email, phone and city, the job titles and locations you are targeting, the resumes you upload, the interviews you log, the recordings or links you submit, your form answers, and the check in times you choose.
Why we store it
To send applications on your behalf, to show you your own progress, to remind you about interviews and replies, and so your coach can review your work and give you feedback.
Who can see it
You, and the DWU coaching team. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Nobody outside the programme gets access to your files or your form answers.
Where it lives
In a private Supabase project. Files sit in private storage buckets that are not publicly readable, and database rules restrict every row to its owner plus DWU staff.
Connected accounts
If you connect Google, we use it only to send applications on your behalf and to read interview and recruiter activity relevant to your search. You can disconnect at any time.
Keeping or deleting your data
You can delete a resume you uploaded from the Resume page at any time. If you want your whole account and everything in it removed, email the team and we will delete it.
